The Shopping Cart System
3.95% per credit card or e-check transaction

Use the shopping cart system to collect payments from your families for any items you offer. There will be a 3.95% charge for each transaction that goes through the system.

When you use the shopping cart you will also benefit from these features:

Handheld Scanner - $159
1.0% per transaction

This is for families that prefer not to make online payments.

They can simply place the order from the website and print the barcoded order form that is generated with each order. Your treasurer collects each of these orders and runs them under the scanner. The orders are marked as paid and these families are notified via email that you have received their payment.

You will benefit from the same features that the shopping cart system offers at a lower cost. The cost is lower because there are no credit card or e-check transactions to go through the banking system.

NOTE: While the scanner makes the job easier, it is not required. You can key in the order numbers by hand as well. It is not as efficient, but it will save you the cost of the scanner.
