Email All Or Some Of Your Families With One Click

Paperless PTO websites enable you to manage your directory. Included in the directory will be the email addresses of your family members. Each family member has the ability to manage their own account which makes adminstration of the directory much easier for your board members and volunteers.

Our email blast feature reads through your directory and sends emails to all those that have opted to receive them. All you do is enter the subject, the content of your message and select which groups (1st grade, 2nd grade, 4th grade, teachers, etc.) you want to receive it and click the send button. That's it. Your message then goes out to all of the recipients of those groups.
